Unlike other books in the series, the Grade 4 test practice books leans heavily on open-ended questions for both ELA and Math sections (very few multiple choice questions.) I was hoping to have something that has a better balance of multiple-choice and open-ended questions as that would be closer to what the tests students take would be like. This is especially a problem with the included math practice test, which had 3 questions out of 50 questions that were multiple choice. I would not recommend for teachers who are using this to give students more practice with standardized tests.
Errors in the math are very frustrating for students and parents.

Very good book. I'm using it now to prepare my 4th grade students for the upcoming NY State Exams.
Pretty awful book mainly because many of the answers are wrong in the answer key. Doesn't anybody proof-read this stuff?!?! Unbelievable considering kids/parents will rely on the answer key to figure out if their process and answers are correct.
A helpful resource for both parents and teachers who are looking for extra, meaningful practice to give their children on the Common Core. Fast delivery and reasonably priced! Thank you!
