In a world where the buyer journey has become more sophisticated than ever before, I have yet to come across are more relevant sales book.After receiving this book on Tuesday, i breezed through the easy 185 pages of true content. By the end I realized I may have learned more from this one sales book than in the 50 or so previous reads.Modern selling is tough, and the Sales Engagement booker helped me understand a few key topics:1) A/B testing - in chapter 5 there is a deep dive into a/b testing. And not just like, suggestions, but actual examples and actual results from actual a/b tests. Wondering if you should go for a soft or hard sell? Answered. Long or short emails? Answered. Mention their LinkedIn profile? Answered.2) How to build a modern, powerful, and scalable sales tech stack. I get this question often from peers, and the answer is always “well, it dependsâ€The book on Sales Engagement dives deep into this subject and even covers my favorite aspect of sales tools - adoption!Overall, this has been an enjoyable read with some insightful information. If you work in Sales, run a company, or care at all about revenue generation you should absolutely give this a read.
